About the Role
As an Associate, you will play a critical role in evaluating new investment opportunities, supporting portfolio companies, and contributing to the firm’s goals and success. This is a unique chance to work closely with seasoned industry professionals and gain hands-on exposure to all facets of the private equity investment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate opportunities through each stage of the deal workflow
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling for prospective investments
- Coordinate due diligence and transaction execution
- Assist in monitoring and supporting portfolio company performance
- Prepare reports and quarterly board meeting presentations
- Support deal sourcing and relationship management activities
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or other related experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal abilities
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
