Pelco Products, Inc. Acquires PedSafety
Chattanooga, TN, February 7, 2025
River Associates Investments, L.P. (“River Associates”), a longstanding lower middle market private equity firm based in Chattanooga, TN, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of PedSafety, the Boise, ID innovator in pedestrian safety, by its portfolio company Pelco Products, Inc. (“Pelco”), a leading supplier of componentry and solutions for the American traffic safety industry. This acquisition unites two industry leaders, delivering customers a one-stop provider of the most advanced traffic and pedestrian safety products. The transaction closed on February 7, 2025.
