Rose City Printing and Packaging is Sold to Graphic Packaging

River Associates Investments, LLC (“River”), a leading lower middle market private equity firm based in Chattanooga, TN, announced the completion of the sale of Rose City Printing and Packaging, Inc. (“Rose City”), to Graphic Packaging, Inc.

Rose City is one of the largest and fastest growing specialty printing and packaging converters in the western U.S. The Company manufactures folding cartons and beverage carriers for over 180 leading food, beverage, nutrition, and consumer products companies and has differentiated itself by providing superior service to its customers.
